Great city, great hotel and the food halls are fantastic
Very cool old tram depot - adjacent to the food hall which is great.
We paid to upgrade our room to one with an outside view - this was just a footpath overlooked by other buildings so we had to keep the curtains shut to stop people being able to walk past and look in. I preferred the cheaper rooms with windows into the central building as they had more privacy and better/bigger bathrooms - def not worth upgrading

Everything. Great people, location, lounge, quiet rooms...
Cleaning of the rooms wasn't complete. They didn't remove the used tea/coffee cups. Left plastic empty plastic bottles lying around.

Good location, facilities, staff
The location is brilliant, it is just outside of the main central area, still walkable, yet quiet. if you are not a fan of coffee shops and don't want have any problems associated with those, then this hotel is definitely for you. There is a food market next door. The staff is super helpful. Facilities are great, there is a bath, showers don't take much time to heat up, there is an AC, rooms are warm, sockets are all in the right place. Beds are comfortable. Transport links are there.
I travelled with a friend, 2 single beds were basically placed together. it was not a problem for us, but keep it in mind. Toilets door does not really close, be aware how close you want to be with your friends. Shower glass is semi-transparent, you can still see a shadow behind those, again, consider this lack of privacy if you travel with somebody other than your partner
